Voxify allows users to record conversations and process them with AI models to generate summaries and task lists. These outputs are designed to assist but are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.

2. Permissions

• Microphone Access: Required to record conversations.
• Storage Access: Required to save and manage recordings locally.
• Internet Access: Required to process recordings via AI and sync summaries.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must ensure all participants in a conversation consent to being recorded.
• You agree not to use Voxify for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your recordings.

4. Data & Privacy

• Recordings are stored securely on your device unless you choose to sync.
• AI processing is done securely, and data is not shared with third parties for advertising.
• You can delete your recordings and generated outputs at any time.

5. AI Limitations

AI-generated summaries and tasks are suggestions only. Voxify does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability. Always verify critical information before acting on it.

6. Liability

• Inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs.
• Loss of recordings due to device or network issues.
• Unauthorized use of the app by others.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Voxify after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
